A 43-Year-Old Woman So Slim and Youthful That Many Are Shocked to Learn She’s the Mother of a 23-Year-Old
Jessica Enslow, from Utah (USA), has received countless compliments on her ageless appearance on Instagram after sharing a sweet birthday photo with her eldest daughter, Alyssa, a few months ago.
In the photo, Jessica—standing on the right—captioned: _“Happy birthday to my sweet girl. Time really flies. I can’t believe you’re now three years older than I was when I had you…”_
According to **Fox News**, social media users were stunned to discover that the “twin sisters” in the photo were actually a mother and daughter.
“Oh, so that’s your mom?” one person commented. Another asked, “Which one is the mom in this photo?” A third added, “I honestly thought they were twin sisters”
Jessica had her first child in 1994 at the age of 19. She became pregnant again at 21, and went on to have five more children over the next 19 years with two husbands. Her youngest child was born in 2013.

Despite going through multiple pregnancies and being busy raising seven kids, Jessica believes that her current figure is even better than it was before she had children. She goes to the gym three times a week while the kids are at school, and wakes up early every Monday to do fat-burning cardio.
“Do what you can. Be disciplined toward your goals and flexible in how you achieve them. We can improve our health and fitness if we really want to,” Jessica shared on her personal page.
